About Me

I am a New York based Executive Coach specializing in leadership and performance for executives and founders. 

I am certified in coaching by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I qualified in Leadership and Performance Coaching at Brown University in Rhode Island.   I am also certified to debrief the PrinciplesYou leadership assessment from Ray Dalio.

I work with private clients, corporations and startups to help them improve their performance, and achieve their goals. I also offer technology consulting services drawing on my rich experience.

Prior to becoming a coach, I had a 30+ year career in  management and leadership positions. I held senior executive positions at Bank of America, Credit Suisse, and Bridgewater Associates (one of the world’s largest hedge funds).  During my career I developed a passion for mentoring and coaching my team and colleagues which eventually lead to me becoming a coach.

I graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc. in Biochemistry.  In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, and pursue my passion of music. I play guitar in an alternative rock cover band - The M62s - based in Rye, New York.
